Nearly all of the ingredients we use are organic, fair-trade and locally sourced which means you may also encounter slight variations on the menu due to seasonal availability.

If you have any special dietary requirements or allergy concerns please inform us when ordering and feel free to ask about the ingredients contained in any of our dishes. where possible we will be happy to adjust meals to suit your needs and/or tastes.

All of our food is vegan & vegetarian, meaning it is free from meat, dairy, eggs and honey. Any dishes on the menu that traditionally contain any of these ingredients have been made using vegan alternatives.
